We are delighted everyday with the joy and happiness that Pinkitzel's sweet treats brings to kids of all ages! That is what we and the amazing team we have the privilege to be a part of strive for and hope that everyone who walks through the doors experiences!
–Jonathan & Christa

Pinkitzel is a play on two words, kitzel, a yiddish word for tickle and pink, as in tickled pink!

Pinkitzel is the dream and creation of Christa and Jonathan Jantz, an Oklahoma City couple with five amazing children; Asheley, Ashton, Asher, Ashby, and Ashwell.

Christa and Jonathan along with a special friend, Cher Casso, wanted to create a place in Bricktown that would be fun to visit and full of bright colors, amazing flavors and whimsical decorating and design.

Since opening in 2010 Pinkitzel has grown and expanded and is now in locations in downtown Oklahoma City and downtown Tulsa, as well as another store in Bricktown , Jumpin Jackalope, a southwestern inspired jerky, nuts, home decor, apparel, and novelty store.

The newest project is uBohemia Boutique, a women’s clothing, gift, and merchandise boutique, with two locations; one in Edmond and also in downtown Oklahoma City next to Pinkitzel! www.ubohemia.com

Since 2010 over half a million visitors from Oklahoma, and all over the world have walked through the doors at Pinkitzel, and over half a million cupcakes have been served, not to mention the thousands of truffles, macarons, and hundreds of thousands of pounds of taffy and candy that have brightened and sweetened someone's day. Many photo sessions and engagements have taken place in the stores, and couples celebrating their weddings have returned to celebrate their children's first birthdays in Pinkitzel's party rooms, and we've even had sweet sixteen birthdays who now are celebrating engagements and rehearsal dinners at Pinkitzel!

Pinkitzel has been featured on TravelOK, Discover Oklahoma TV, in Oklahoma Magazine, Oklahoma Today, MetroFamily, The Brag Book, The Oklahoman, The Journal Record, Oklahoma Gazette, and Tulsa World. Pinkitzel was also a finalist as one of the top 10 cupcakeries in the USA in New York Magazine, has been featured on Food Network, in Food Network Magazine as a must visit for Oklahoma and one of the top 25 candy stores in the USA, and been seen on Bravo's Real Housewives and Sweet Home Oklahoma. Pinkitzel is also top destination and choice award winner from TripAdvisor for Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Accolades aside, we really just love the smiles and happiness we get from guests who walk in and love the experience of visiting Pinkitzel and enjoying a sweet treat. With a heart of giving back to our amazing communities, and especially at risk children, women, and mothers, Pinkitzel has partnered for events and provided special treats with and for the American Cancer Research Society, United Way, Boy's and Girl's Club, YMCA, Dress for Success, the Make a Wish Foundation, Oklahoma City Greater Chamber of Commerce, the Oklahoma City Arts Council, Myriad Gardens, the Oklahoma City Zoo and Science Museum, the March of Dimes, the St. Jude's Hospital, Toby Keith Foundation at OK Kids Corral, Ronald McDonald House, National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, BookSmart Tulsa, as well as many of the metro public schools, hospitals, military, and public service employees in Oklahoma City and Tulsa that so diligently serve and make us proud to be Okies.
